Factory Twenty One started in Cairo in 2021 with a simple, stubborn idea: a founder shouldn’t have to babysit five vendors to put one brand on a shelf. So we built all of it — the machines and the make, the design and the shoot, the print and the ship — into one place. Your whole brand, manufactured.

Why one roof
The week you spend translating.
Most brands stitch their product together out of strangers: a factory here, a designer there, a printer across town, a photographer for the weekend, a shipping line that never picks up. Then they spend the week translating between all of them — carrying the factory’s answer to the designer, the designer’s file to the printer, the printer’s problem back to the factory.
That gap between vendors is where brands lose their margin, their timeline, and their mind. We don’t believe it has to exist. F21 is all of it in one place, done properly, not twice — one roof, one invoice, one team that owns the chain from the sketch to the shipment.
